How to apply for an Irish Civil Certificate?

To apply for the certificate, click on the relevant button on the Home page. Before you start your application take a look at the application form to see what data is required.

Check you have all the relevant data required before you sit down to complete the form. The more data you give us the more likely we are to find your certificate.

Once the form is completed press the Submit button on the bottom of the form and enter your credit card details.

Double click on the underlined certificate you wish to order. When it opens, print out the form. Complete the form, sign it and send with a cheque, bankdraft, or postal order made payable to My Birth Cert Ltd. for the correct amount. Post the application form to My Birth Cert Ltd. Ground Floor, 14 Herbert Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.

All cheques, bank drafts should be made payable to My Birth Cert.
